Wigan Athletic v Manchester City – Monday 19th February, Kick off @ 1955hrs

Wigan Athletic will play Manchester City in a repeat of the 2013 final. Wigan will be hoping the DW Stadium clash brings them a repeat of the 2013 final which they won with a last-minute header from Ben WatsonAlthough Wigan’s 2013 win will bolster their confidence – unfortunately, it also means that Manchester City are going to be out for revenge after the embarrassing loss they suffered at the last meeting with Roberto Martinez’s men.

Chelsea v Hull – Friday 16th February, Kick off @ 2000hrs

With Hull looking unlikely to win against Chelsea anyway it will surely be even more disheartening to them that The Blues are playing at home. Rumours are circulating that Chelsea are going to use the match against Hull as the pace to debut their January signing Emerson Palmieri and their teenage player Ethan Ampadu. Fans were unhappy in the recent game against West Brom when it looked like Emerson may be able to play in the absence of Marcos Alonso but he got overlooked. Conte has gone on record to placate the fans since to say they will not have to wait long to see Emerson in a Chelsea shirt so it looks highly likely it will be over the 5th round weekend.

No feelings have been spared by Conte while talking to the press – he has described their fixture against Hull as a way to build confidence before the more important matches against United and City. Hull sit merely one point above the relegation zone, which could give them even more of a drive to win.

Leicester City v Sheffield United – Friday 16th February, Kick off @ 1945hrs

The King Power Stadium will see Sheffield United paying a visit to Leicester this weekend in what is due to be a tense match. The Premier League side emerged triumphant after their last meeting which ended in a 4-1 defeat for Sheffield. Sheffield, like Hull, will have no problems playing the underdog and with no injuries to any of the team, they will be looking to ruffle a few feathers. The match isn’t set to be played on UK TV but you can keep up to date with the live scores on betting websites and live blogs.
